TOP MOST DIET FOODS/LIST OF FOODS WHICH HELPS IN WEIGHT LOSS

"DIET" The most terrific and horrible word in the world for every one...Some people says People who love to eat are the best people and some  other people says health is wealth....Oh!!! It`s a big confusion to those who love to eat any thing and every thing.Tempting to each and every colourful,attractive food is quite normal..But,controlling the mind is very tough job...Because of this reason people gaining lots of calories and preparing them selves with a name called DIET...Iam in one of them..Of..course ;)

Even I gained some calories after eating rich calorie foods like cakes,cookies,pizza etc...But,Now  decided to do DIET and prepared mentally..The only aim is to loss weight for now..It may not possible in few days or weeks...After searching in lots and lots of web sites what I understood was,with a very strict diet can loose 3-4 kgs per a month..That too If the DIET is SINCERE..I was in confusion about foods and after many searches prepared a huge list and thought to share this which may help those who are in DIET/GOING TO DO DIET
