SOME IMPORTANT POINTS FOR WEIGHT LOSS/USEFUL TIPS TO WEIGHT LOSS
If you are planning to weight loss check these points..I strongly believe that these are the (few) very Important points/tips to follow.
1.First,check your exact weight and note it on a paper.
2.keep a goal to weight loss Min 2kgs per a month..
3.Whatever you eat write on a paper.Before going to bed check it out..This is little bit difficult.But helps really lot..
4.Sleep& wake up always in the right time..Try to follow the same timings always..Because ir- regular timings also makes you fat..
5.Avoid rice and take wheat flour rotis in lunch..
6.Never skip Break fast and dinner..
7.Complete dinner before 6pm..
8.Eat fruits directly,instead of taking in the form juices..
9.Don`t add milk in juices.If possible take orange and water melon juices every day..
10.Replace thick yogurt with butter milk by adding mint and salt.
11.After brushing in the morning,take lemon water with honey.
12.Eat salads if you like,and avoid deep fryings and cheese food...
13.Give a break to sugar foods like sweets,cakes,cookies etc.
14. If you are a true sweet lover try to take the goodies which contains honey,dates,dry fruits,olive oil and wheat flour n brown sugar in less quantity..
15.Drink plenty of water.After wake up 1 litre, after 2-3 hrs gap again a litre,after noon time 1litre, evening time again 1 litre...It`s difficult to drink in the starting.But,you can do it..Drink 4-5 litres of per a day
16. Drinking lots of water pushes out the impurities..
17. Don`t take any preservative juices n foods..It`s best to take home made which are fresh....
18.Before going to eat any thing take a glass of water..
19.If possible do exercise/yoga/walking.If not possible don`t worry..Do your all house hold works by your self..
20.Don`t sit lonely n don`t waste time..keep your self always busy with any work or with your hobbies..
21.All purpose flour did n`t contains even a single vitamin/protien. Please avoid foods which are made with APF..
22.Some people may eat lots of food when they are in depression and also in happy mood.at that time divert your mind on other works..
23.People who are suffering with health problems should take advice from doctor before going to start DIET..
24.Eat leafy vegetables,carrots,cabbage,bell pepper,radish,cucumber, etc.these vegs contains plenty of water n less calories..
